What data we process and why

When you send the contact form we process your name, email, phone number (if you provide one) and the content of your message so that we can reply to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling enquiries.

When you send a speculative application we process your name, email, phone number, any link to a CV or profile and what you write, so that we can assess your application and contact you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in recruiting.

The data is not kept longer than necessary for the purpose, that is, while the matter or the recruitment dialogue is ongoing and for a limited period thereafter. The same applies if you contact us directly by phone or email.

Data processors

The forms are handled technically by Formspree (Formspree Inc., USA), which forwards the message to our email. Transfer to the USA takes place under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The website is hosted by Lovable. Our email is handled by Microsoft (Microsoft 365) within the EU.

Cookies and visitor statistics

Necessary cookies: Our hosting provider Lovable sets the cookie __dpl to deliver the correct version of the website, and Cloudflare's security protection sets the cookie __cf_bm to distinguish ordinary visitors from automated traffic. These cookies are required for the website to work and do not require consent.

Statistics cookie that requires your consent: If you accept, Lovable sets the cookie session-id, a random identifier used to count visits and page views. It is not used for marketing and is not shared with third parties for advertising. You make your choice in the box shown on your first visit and can change it at any time via the Cookies link in the footer. If you decline, no statistics cookie is set.

In addition to cookies, IP address and browser type are processed in the hosting provider's server logs. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the website reliable and following how it is used.

The maps on the contact page are loaded from Google Maps only when you click Show map yourself. Google then sets its own cookies in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability under the GDPR.
